These people are so amazing. There was one young man that made my families experience amazing. The food was the best tasting Italian food ever. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Very clean and calm environment.

Their white rabbit calzones are to die for. If I was on death row at the local supermax I would order delivery for my last meal. The atmosphere is nice and my waiter was very friendly.

Went to a "Mom Date" with my friend and our two little ones. The atmosphere is classic pizzeria. It was clean, the waitress was very polite and had no problem making accommodations for our little ones. It was lunch time and was fairly busy but was not too loud nor did it take long for our food to arrive. It was good and we both had the Calzones.

A bit pricey, usually only one server but I thought the food was good, I would go again.

Tony and the folks at Papa's provide a superb pizza, large salads, and a pleasant homestyle dining experience. Sometimes good to call ahead if you have a large party. Don't forget to order extra garlic on the Florence Mediterranean white pizza. It's the best!

I really liked the Southwest sausage. The dice was not overwhelming and the flavors blended. The crust was then and folded well. The staff we had was friendly and helpful with suggestions.

Nice atmosphere and decor. Friendly but overworked single server for a roomful of guests. Edges of the pizza were crisp to overdone but the centers were soggy. Salads were generous portions and fresh. No discernible sauce on the pasta dish, quite dry. Not a terrible experience but probably not worth a repeat.

If you're asking through this is the place to stop. The Calzone was the best I've had. I don't know the servers name. But what an example of what customer service means. Excellent food and service. And for a reasonable price.

Wow, I can not say enough good things about Pappas pizza restaurant. The pizza is excellent, the service and atmosphere is great! Upstairs there is group seating and a high dollar super high tech virtual reality stage and system for a totally excellent time.Wow, I will be back soon and often! Thank you for having such an excellent quality restaurant and very hig tech entertainment "diamond in the rough" in the small town of Florence.

It's a nice atmosphere in the place and the receptionists nice . Had the pizza and it was very good.

We just dined at this deliciously warm gourmet Restaurant and were welcomed by the great camaraderie by the entire staff!! Papa ( the owner) personally made us feel so special by catering to our specific vegetarian order and he made sure we enjoyed a delicious veggie pasta and pizza filled with heartiest Marinara with extra garlic and spice!It all just melted in our mouth !! 😋😋

The wait was far too long from the time we ordered to the time the food actually arrived. This was unusual since there were only 4 tables seated at not a peak time. All the meat in the calzones and meatballs was cold. Our server was really nice and gracious. The cheese pizza and deli style pizzas were good. They have a good selection of specialty sodas.Oh, and my son was served an expired bottle of Mountain Dew.

East coast flavor: good quality cheeses. I was impressed.

This is a quaint little pizza place. The owner is extremely friendly. I watched him open the door for other customers multiple times. He was not afraid to chat with us. The food was amazing. We ordered pretzel bites. Best cheese sauce ever. We ordered calzones. Those were amazing. If you're checking out this town you should check this place out.

I liked it. The place has a good small town feel to it. And the decor and features are nice...not sure how to describe it, I'd have to say it's not a new restaurant and that the owners have already made enough from it that they no longer need to skimp on stuff like most new restaurants do. Maybe I'm totally wrong. But the food was tasty. Done the way of a typical North American italian-food restaurant. Good though. I took the leftovers lol. Not gonna let that go to waste. Would I recommend it? Hell yeah, give it a shot.

I would have given a good rating expect for the fact that what we paid for was not worth what we ordered,I didn't even get a full belly the amount was so small which was very disappointing because the food tastes really good.Make sure you see the size your getting before you order.

Service was horrible, we didn’t get our appetizers luckily the pizza was really good and we didn’t get half of the stuff we had asked for!

So my wife and I took a little motorcycle trip to Florence, we stopped and had lunch at papas. I must say it was amazing, the pretzel bites and the cheese sauce was the best we had. We ordered the gluten free white wedding pizza, we couldn’t believe it was gluten free from the taste so flavorful and delicious cheeses and the bacon so fresh. Truly an amazing pizza. Then there was the service.... THE BEST. Truly felt at home and so courteous and helpful and down to earth. Not usually the treatment I’m used to in a small town wearing leather riding my motor cycle. He made everything come to together making this stop the best place we have eaten in years. Cheers to the gentleman (owner) that made us feel like home. Thank you. We shall return

Got a slice and a salad, slice of pizza was so old it was cold and the cheese was hard. Salad and server were nice.

Another awesome dinner date with my boys! Papa's Pizza is where it's at if you want some delicious pizza, antipasto salad and killer nachos! We always get the carnivore (all meat) pizza - The crust is to die for! Excellent service and Kick A$$ eats are what you can expect from this place. Tonight Tim and Jax are trying the virtual reality HD Vive and having a BLAST!

We walked into Papa's because the line at the steakhouse was too long. Best decision of the day. The Calzone was made to order, baked to perfection and absolutely delicious. I would say more but if I don't get back to eating my dinner my husband is going to steal it!

My family and I went here a few days ago and we were all very disappointed. The service was very slow even though they were not busy at all. The waitress was adding water to our soda. And when are food finally showed up over an hour after we ordered it was barely warm. We also heard the waitress ask someone else to bring us our check because she didn't want to come back to our table. We will not go back to the restaurant again.

Tom Bruno is an excellent host/businessman. The Hawaiian crust was somewhat mushy and the Pepperoni was greasy like pepperoni gets. The flavor of both were very good and we will return. The cosmetics of the building are great and the music as well. We would have rated 3 1/2 but that option is not available.

One of the best pizzas ive ever had!! Excellent crust and sauce. Supper friendly staff. This is a must!!

Our first visit to this wonderful restaurant. I had the meatball Zeppelin and my wife ordered the Cheesesteak Zeppelin. Both were very tasty, and the service was top notch. And the atmosphere feels comfortable. We will definitely be back again and again.

Highly recommended. We had a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni was loaded and both were delicious. Great customer service.

Very disappointed. Trying to support a local businesses during the stay at home orders. After I drove there and paid, they said it would be 25 more minutes because they ran out of cheese. We called to speak with the manager had to call 8 times before someone answered, they left us on hold for 25 minutes. The person who we spoke to was rude and offered no solution. To make matters worse, the supreme pizza had 7 pieces of pepperoni on the whole thing and maybe a handful of sausage! It took over and hour and a half to get the worse pizza we have ever had.

Thank you so much for fixing things. Give you guys a 5 star. Thank you for the pizza best pizza in town thank you guys again. They really went out there way to make me happy and try them again

Great local pizza place!

Papa's Restaurant is absolutely wonderful. They accommodated for my mother's surprise birthday. High quality customer service, delicious food (I loved the white rabbit pizza), and an amazing atmosphere made this place perfect for anyone. The virtual reality gaming upstairs, is the only one of its kind in Colorado. Our party took turns playing upstairs and I couldn't believe the capability and immersion of it. Our group of 16 to 50 years old all really enjoyed it. I recommend this place!

This is a dam good little restaurant!The pizza is great and gets even better as left overs the next t day! Thank me later lol

I’m trying to think of one good thing about our experience here and unfortunately nothing is coming to me. It was a busy day but busy or not, it was horrible. When we arrived we stood in the door way for ten minutes before anyone even looked at us. We went to the front to ask if we could seat ourselves and they said no. When we finally got seated NO one came for 15 minutes. We finally flagged down I think the owner and got drinks. We asked for silver wear, straws, and a high chair and didn’t get any of it. We finally went and grab everything ourselves. We waited 50 minutes for our pizza and it was not very good. Almost seemed like it wasn’t cooked all the way and it’s more of a sweet pizza. Never received our check. We saw our “waiter” twice the whole time. Sat for almost TWO hours total. Super bummed, we are from here and was hoping we found a new go to pizza place! We won’t go back.
